Protect Utah Values
Cancel culture, critical race theory, Marxism, and riots are masquerading as elements of a modern civil rights movement, but in reality, they undermine the very foundations that made that movement possible. Such attacks on the bedrock of our nation have brought fear, confusion, and destruction to communities nationwide, including those in our home state of Utah, while our leaders have refused to stand in our defense.
Regardless of religious affiliation, our forebearers were people committed to both charity and industry, freedom and community, family and faith. They were people who expected to be self-reliant and selfless servants to those in need, driven by a fierce love of independence to cultivate a new community in the desert. They honored the family as its central unit, and were driven by their faith in God to defend the rights of the individual. Could they say the same of us?
Our nation is battered by resentful, vindictive ideologies clothed in self-serving virtue signals. These ideologies are quickly advancing on Utah communities; some of our most prominent government, education, and business institutions have already begun to appease and pander to them. This is not a storm that will blow over. If we don’t stand up now, these ideologies will overtake Utah and change our state forever.
People who will not be ruled by God will be ruled by tyrants.
We stand for the reality of a Divine Creator, the necessity of faith for the spiritual well-being of society, and the moral compass of scriptural teachings, which we strive to follow.
The choice facing the nation is between two totally different ways of life: no less than the chance to banish from our land the dark, divisive clouds of Marxist socialism and bring together men and women from all walks of life who share a belief in freedom.
We believe in the inalienable rights endowed to all by the Creator and enshrined in our Constitution and work to defend them. We seek to preserve the principles upon which this nation was founded to the benefit of all—including those with whom we disagree. We reject the attempts to undermine the foundations of our nation and desire instead to create a culture of equality under law, self-sufficiency, and true charity.
The Family is far and away the greatest social unit, the best answer to human problems, in the history of mankind.
We support the family institution as the key to a happy and successful society. We believe that parents—not the state or special interest groups—should have control over the content of their children’s education and the manner of their upbringing.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
We strive to create a peaceful society through the practice of ancient principles. Above all, we adhere to the principles of peace as taught by Jesus Christ: to turn the other cheek and do good to those who hate us. While we assert the right of each individual to defend themselves and others, we believe that violence, rioting, property destruction, and sedition are immoral forms of reform in a nation whose constitution empowers its citizens to voice dissent and create meaningful change in a civil manner.

With a united voice we will put our leaders on notice: we will not sit quietly as our values are destroyed and subjected to lawlessness. And with your support, we’ll promote initiatives designed to preserve our values for generations to come.
Our state and nation were built by brave men and women who overcame countless challenges to secure the rights we benefit from today. We can only honor their legacy if we stand together as they did.
